EXPERIENCE

• Radio Frequency surveys are the starting point when it comes to a DAS install. They provide vital information up front, to conclude whether or not a building will have sufficient radio or cellphone coverage.
• Surveys can even be completed during the "dirt phase" of a new project. This information early on in a build will help building owners know whether or not to budget for a potentially required DAS system.

• A design gets things rolling for a DAS system deployment. Designs give direction on where DAS components should be placed to enhance coverage inside a building, based off of the survey.
• Using the industries leading technology software, a design can show and predict accurate coverage a building will have after deployment.

• Permits granted by the local AHJ/Fire Jurisdiction to install a First responder BDA system are required in order to turn on and broadcast specific frequencies for public safety.
• All jurisdictions are not the same and may have amendments and certifications for BDA that an Integrator has to meet.

• Commissioning of a BDA system is the final and crucial step completed by manufacturer trained technicians to ensure sufficient coverage and eliminate possible system interference.
•  A post commission survey is conducted that reflects newly enhanced radio/cell coverage.

A final inspection is completed by knowledgeable technicians with the AHJ/Fire jurisdiction for a First Responder BDA system to ensure efficient connectivity for the radio users with no harm being produced to the radio sites.

After successful deployment of a First Responder BDA system, many jurisdictions require the system be re-certified annually in order to ensure functionality and is harmless to the radio network.
